Amatex High Temperature Textile Products (Cloth, Blanket, Tape, Rope)
Raw materials used include: Fiberglass (both continuous filament and staple fiber), Aramids such as Kevlar and Nomex, Carbons, Acrylics, Silica and many other high tech components.
Fiberglass Tapes - A variety of economical fiberglass tapes manufactured in premium and industrial styles. Very cost effective.
Fiberglass Ropes - Inexpensive fiberglass ropes made in an array of constructions and densities to meet wide application requirements.
Insulation Cloth - Inexpensive fiberglass cloth used for wrapping and lagging hot process equipment and piping.
Expansion Joint Cloth - Utilized as one or more layers of engineered assemblies to for expansion joints.
Welding Cloth - A variety of economical fiberglass fabrics providing safety from welding sparks, splash and splatter.
Heat Shield - Fiberglass fabrics designed for quick and easy blocking of heat, as spray shielding or area isolation.

MAXOS - CIRCULAR GLASS Sight glasses are used to view activity within a sealed vessel or hazardous area. The glass itself can be manufactured from Borosilicate, Soda Lime or Quartz. Glass in both toughened and annealed.
MAXOS - TUBULAR GLASS It is very easy to spot liquid level from a distance when you use Red Line Tubular Gauge Glass. The red stripe on a white background gives
a special optical effect which makes the liquid level stand out clearly.

KLINGER – TRANSPARENT & REFLEX GLASSES
Specifically designed to make reading liquids easier. They have prisms in the face, as the liquid flows across the glass it reflects giving a clear view of the level. The Reflex type are suitable for working environments where pressures do not exceed 400 psi (steam boilers) and 2500 psi (non steam).

JAMES WALKER (MOORFLEX)- FLANGE INSULATION KIT
Our flange insulation sets comprise an electrically insulating flange gasket, plus insulating bolt sleeves and washers to prevent conduction through the bolts. They are used in cathodic protection systems and to eliminate galvanic corrosion.
Typical applications: Long distance pipelines for water, oil or gas that operate at temperatures up to 120°C.
Materials: Gaskets: Neoprene-faced phenolic.
Washers: reinforced phenolic or plated mild steel.
Sleeves: polyester or DuPont Mylar®. |

PIKOTEK INSULATING KIT
Pikotek Flange Insulation Kits are designed to work in conjunction with our insulating gaskets (Pikotek VCS, PGE and RC) to effect the complete electrical insulation of a flanged assembly. The purpose of the insulating sleeves is to electrically separate the bolts from each side of the flange, while the insulating washers provide electrical insulation for each of
the nuts attached to the bolts. This method of insulation provides the user with a high-reliability solution to complete the electrical insulation of a flanged joint.
Insulating kits/sets are designed to be used with our specialty line of high-strength, highreliability insulating gaskets and are available for use in all types of flanges including raised-face, flat-face and RTJ. |

TEADIT INJECTABLE
Injectable Black - is based on graphite fibre and high temperature non-melting grease.
Injectable White - is based on a blend of mixed PTFE fibres with PTFE solids and a high temperature grease.
Injectable Yellow - is based on a blend of Kevlar® fibres with PTFE solids and a pure lubricant.
Typical applications: Centrifugal pumps and rotary mixers that handle cooling water, aqueous solutions, oils or solvents, particularly in processing sectors such as pulp and paper, metallurgical or mineral. Injectables are sometimes used because they readily conform to worn shafts or irregular housings. |
