Supagraf® Premier
Our top-of-the-range fugitive emission
control packing for valves. This cost
effective, length-form product is
manufactured in exfoliated graphite,
reinforced in a novel way to provide
additional strength and resistance to
pressure and extrusion. It incorporates
an advanced lubricant system that
prevents the pick-up of graphite on valve
stems. |
| |
 |
Supagraf® RibbonPak
High purity exfoliated graphite ribbons,
plaited into a flexible length-form packing
for convenient on-site maintenance. |
| |
 |
Supagraf® RibbonPak M
Plaited length-form packing of pure
exfoliated graphite ribbons that are
reinforced with fine Inconel wires to
provide additional strength plus
resistance to pressure and extrusion. |
| |
 |
Supagraf® Tape
Supagraf® exfoliated graphite in easy-touse textured tape form. Can be supplied with self-adhesive backing. |

 |
Valvemaster® Packing Sets
A live-loaded system for high integrity sealing of valves and slow rotary equipment operating in arduous conditions.
Comprises Supagraf®
Moulded Rings of differing graphite construction located along the valve stem – to give even distribution of radial stress on the gland –
with lubrication/anti-extrusion rings of tough Grafpak packing at each end.
Disc-spring stacks operate on the gland
follower to provide live-loading action for self adjustment over long maintenancefree periods. |

KLINGER 3222
K3222 is manufactured using expanded graphite ribbons, to produce a compression packing of square cross-section that is fully flexible so that minimal gland pressure is required for an effective seal in pump applications.
K3222 has excellent thermal conductivity and resilience. |
| |
 |
KLINGER 3222W
K3222W is manufactured using expanded graphite ribbons each incorporating a fine inconel wire, to produce a valve compression packing of square cross-section with added mechanical strength. |

TEADIT 2000
Diagonal braided construction of pure, expanded flexible graphite-tapes.
Very flexible and supple packing, good alternative to preformed graphite-rings. Style 2000 combines all the advantages of pure graphite rings with the flexibilty, compressibility and ease of installation of a conventional packing; very low coefficient of friction and high thermal conductivity; extended shelf life, does not harden; chemically inert (pH 0-14) except with highly oxidizing agents. BAM approved for oxygen applications. |

TEADIT 2010
Teadit style 2010 is suitable for a wide range of applications; can reduce stock inventories considerably; provide economic alternatives to asbestos packings; reduce maintenance time and cater for very demanding duties. Because of its low density style 2010 yields more metres per kg, which makes it a very economical packing! |

TEADIT 2200
Diagonally braided from high quality pure carbon fibre yarn, impregnated with graphite and a corrosion inhibitor.
TEADIT style 2200 lacks the usual stiffness of conventional carbon packings. Good flexibility and heat dissipating properties, very low coefficient of friction. Excellent chemical and thermal stability. Style 2200 is very well suited as top and end rings in combination with styles 2000 and 2100. It prevents gap-extrusion of the softer flexible graphite.

TEADIT 2002
Because style 2002 is a very affordable high quality all-round packing, many companies have standardized on it. Because its coefficient of thermal expansion is very similar to that of steel it needs less adjustments of the gland. Low coefficient of friction means low shaft wear. Its low specific gravity results in excellent economy. Style 2002 closes the gap (also price-wise) between conventional packings and pure graphite packing’s. |

TEADIT 2004
Style 2004 is an interlock braided packing using aramid yarn treated with PTFE suspensoid. The packing is also lubricated with a silicon-based compound for quick and easy break-in. |
| |
|
 |
TEADIT 2007
Style 2007 packing is an interlock braid, utilizing TEADIT’s EG2 PTFE/graphite yarn and a high temperature break-in lubricant…EG2 yarn is formed from expanded PTFE in which fine particles of pure graphite have been encapsulated. The resulting packing combines the chemical resistance of PTFE with the heat dissipation characteristics of graphite, thus allowing much higher shaft speeds than conventional PTFE packing's. |

TEADIT 2555
The gasket is manufactured Quimgax 2555-based acrylic fiber yarn, impregnated with special compound and graphite finish. It is especially suitable for working in contact with hot or cold water, either salt or contaminated, plus a wide variety of fluids commonly found in industries in general. |
