KLINGER - SPIRAL WOUND STYLE LAMONS WRI
Solid metal outer and inner rings.
For use at high pressures and temperatures. Suitable for raised face or flat face flanges. Prevents turbulences and protects the flanges from erosion.
Protects the inner windings of the gasket element from high temperatures. |

LAMONS - CORRUGATED METAL GRAPHITE (CMG)
Is a high performance gasket for standard flange or heat exchanger applications. This gasket offers:
1. High sealability
2. Conformity where low bolt load is available
3. Maintains high bolt loads, upon retightening, in heat exchanger applications
4. Heavy gauge corrugated insert for support
5. Choice of insert metals |

LAMONS - KAMMPRO GASKETS
Is the preferred gasket when needing improved performance at low seating stresses. It features excellent anti-blowout properties associated with the reliability of a solid metal-to-metal seal combined with soft sealing face to ensure a tighter joint. Kammpro is an ideal replacement for problem applications associated with jacketed gaskets. |

LAMONS - RING JOINT
API ring joint gaskets come in two basic types, an oval cross section and an octagonal cross section. These basic shapes are used in pressures up to 10,000 psi. The dimensions are standardized and require specially grooved flanges. The octagonal cross section has a higher sealing efficiency than the oval and would be the preferred gasket. However, only the oval cross section can be used in the old type round bottom groove design will accept either the oval or the octagonal cross section. |

LP1
Lamons Kammpro™ Gasket is fabricated in three styles to fit the most stringent application. |
| |
|
 |
LP2
Graphite or PTFE surface over grooved gasket with integral solid outer ring. For nominal pipe size and pressure. |
| |
|
 |
LP3
Graphite or PTFE surface over grooved gasket with loose fitting outer ring, "spin fit." Preferred for nominal pipe size and pressure.
The design features of the grooves in combination with the special properties of the facing materials results in optimal sealing performance. The simultaneous action of high compressibility facing material on the outside of the grooved metal and in combination with limited penetration of the tips of the solid metal core enhance the interaction of the two materials. This allows the components to perform individually to their optimum capabilities. Lamons manufactures Kammpro™ in a wide range of metals and alloys to exacting specifications for most applications. |
